A spanner designed for the easy removal of 4 inch barrel caps. Simply place the spanner over the cap and use the 2 protruding handles to release any stuck cap. It is not advisable to use this spanner to tighten the cap as you may apply excessive pressure and distort the cap washer - causing gas leaks.
