Black Rock Cider kits are produced from apples harvested from New Zealands premium pip fruit orchards to produce the taste and clarity demanded by the homebrewer. This kit requires the addition of 1kg of sugar for the initial fermentation and makes 23 litres (40 pints) of traditional sparkling or still cider with a superb clean refreshing taste, a light golden colour, and an alcohol content of about 4.2% ABV.
