Absolutely everything you need to make 6 full bottles of sparkling elderflower champagne straight from the glorious hedgerows of our wonderful countryside. The kit includes
2 x Gallon food grade bucket with lid.
1 x Fine straining bag.
1 x Yeast suitable for elderflower champagne (enough for 5 gallons). 6 x 75cl swing top bottles.
50 x Campden tablets for steriling the bottles. Tartaric Acid. Syphon tubing.
