Reasons for sale

The present owners wife died of breast cancer 3 years ago.  The business was a joint venture and the owner would like to move onto new areas.

What is included

The sale will include -

• Stock
• Fittings, computers, shelves, shipping container, security equipment, and in-shop computer learning system. Total estimated value of £7,000. 
• All domain names (These will be transferred to the new owners).
• A bespoke computer system written in-house using Filemaker Pro. All software and code will be included with the sale, and the present owner is happy to be retained to assist with training and any further changes that may be required.  Filemaker is a very easy program to learn and many regional consultants are available at good rates should the new owners not wish to get involved in program development.

The lease on the premises has been retained until 2022 at £5900 per annum, and the landlord is happy to extend the lease for any new owners.  The company currently pays no business rates.

Bespoke software

Included in this sale is the bespoke software written in house for Goodlife Homebrew using Filemaker Pro.  The new owner will have exclusive rights to this system which takes care of the following tasks -  Point of sale Stock control VAT control Financial Summaries Semi automated reordering of stock Feedback requests Multi-site stock level cordination Internet order processing Integrated with both Royal mail and DPD etc
