This was an easy kit to brew. Made to 40 pints with 1kg of beer kit enhancer and 250g of molasses sugar. Fermented out in under a week and took only 4 weeks in barrel to clear and condition. This was as good as, if not better, than any mild you would be served in a pub. It was extremely well received by all who drank it. This is the best mild kit on the market and at under £10 represents fantastic value for money.
