Add to 2 litres of Vodka or 40% abv alcohol. Soak for 14 days. Filter off.

Customers in the Goodlife homebrew Centre Norwich have reported back this product produces a fantastic Jim Beam Bourbon clone that is incredibly smooth, with a subtle sweetness.
They have also suggested putting the used chunks on the barbeque to add an oak smoked flavour to those ribs.
