This cider is produced in Finland from a blend of apples and pears. It contains 1.45kg of concentrate and comes complete with a sachet of cider yeast.

The recipe provided shows how to make sparkling cider in three weeks with an alcohol content from 2.6% to 6.1% by varying both the quantity made (16, 20 or 24 litres) and the weight of sugar in the primary fermentation.
