I bought this for my son-in-law. Having looked at I'm sure that he will find it useful. He has a lot of fruit that needs to be used up and is beginning to make cider next year.

Bought this book a couple of weeks ago. Although i've not actually started making my cider yet i do fully intend too. This book has all the information you require. From how to make your own press and selecting the correct apples down to how to make your cider, sweet, medium or dry. There is also a brief history on ciders origins which is very informative. I would highly recommend this book.
