This sachet of finings comes in a dried form sufficient to fine 5 gallons. Use about half the sachet for one gallon. The contentsneed to be thoroughly mixed into half a cupful of water for about 1 minute and stood for15 minutes before adding to the wine. Its active ingredients are silica hydrogel and hydrolysed natural collagen.
