A natural oak aroma that is added to the wine once fermentation has stopped. Sinatin vastly improves the aging of wines and other alcoholic beverages (similar to an oak barrel, but without the fuss).
For white wines ad up to 2 ml per litre. for red wines add up to 4ml per litre.
