These kits make 1 gallon of fruit wine, and have been getting rave reviews in our shop. The pack contains the grape juice and additives needed to make a fantastic fruit wine in just 5 days - Started on Monday, drunk (hic) on Sunday, and thats the story of Solomon Grundy.
An addback pack is added at the end to give additional fruit flavour.
Alcohol = either 10.5% or 12.5% (depending on how much sugar is added).
These kits produce fruit wines, 6 bottles of medium to medium sweet, in just 7 days. With the addition of 600g of sugar they produce a wine of 10.5% ABV, and with 770g of sugar, 12.5% ABV. All the range uses an addback, which is added to the finished wine to improve the flavour and bouquet.
