Delivery Terms & Carriage Charges
Most orders are sent out the same day using a 24 hour service. However, sometimes delivery may be delayed for a variety of reasons (such as snow, bank holidays, or unexpectedly high demand), in such cases delivery may be within 2-5 working days of placing an order - please call us on 01603 418 408 if you need an item urgently.
Please note: We never take money from your card until we are ready to ship!! Paypal will take your money instantly, but we do not withdraw the funds untill the goods have been sent.
If any item on your order is out of stock we will contact you and advise you of the expected delay. You will be given 4 options.
1: Cancel the entire order.
2: Wait for the entire order to be delivered.
3: Take delivery in stages (this will incur extra postage charges).
4: Change the order for suitable alternatives so that we can dispatch immediately.
Delivery is made by either the Royal Mail or UK Mail. We will use the most economical service available.
Within England (excepting the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of White), Wales and Southern Scotland carriage will be charged at cost (with no maximum weight), with a minimum of £1.80 and a maximum of £5.50.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated using the weight of the package, and charged as follows -

The calcualted weight and cost will appear beneath your shopping cart. If you think this price is incorrect please give us a call on 01603 418 408 - the computer is perfect, the human inputing the weights isn't.
Orders to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland (post codes AB, KW, PA, PH, IV, HS, KA27 - 28, KW, PA20 - 49, PA60 - 78, PH17 - 26, and ZE) are charged at the above rates for less than 1.5 Kg, and at £18.00 for greater the 1.5 Kg. This price is not accurately shown during checkout, but is corrected in the final bill. The excess may occur as an extra charge on the credit card.
Orders to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of White, Northern Ireland, and Northern Scotland (post codes BT, IM, and TR21-25) are charged at the above rates for less than 1.5 Kg, and at £18.00 for greater the 1.5 Kg.

We will email you to confirm delivery charges for all International orders which includes the Channel Islands and Southern Ireland.
If an order needs to be redelivered due to your continued absence from the given delivery address you will be charged the full cost of the goods being returned to us, a small administration charge, as well as the second delivery charge at the full commercial rate.
If you should choose to cancel goods being have been returned to us you will be charged the full cost of the initial delivery, the full cost of the goods being returned to us, as well as a small administration charge.
