Most orders are sent out the same day using a 24 hour service. However, sometimes delivery may be delayed for a variety of reasons (such as snow), in any case you should expect delivery within 2-3 days of placing an order - please call us on 01603 418 408 if you need an item urgently.
If any item on your order is out of stock we will contact you and advise you of the expected delay. You will be given 4 options.

3: Take delivery in stages (this will incur extra postage charges).
4: Change the order for suitable alternatives so that we can dispatch immediately.
Delivery is made by either the Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We will use the most economical service available.
