Wine and beer can be slower to clear when there is too much gas present. Put the Whizz stick into your clarified brew, attach the other end to a drill and slowely increase the speed. Complete degassing will be done within a few minutes. Do not go too fast or it will be like dropping a sugar cube into a can of coke.
40cm long with a stainless steel shaft. All other parts are high density food grade plastic.
